Tall is an Emerging Professional Friendly Firm (+)
The American Institute of Architects Mississippi Chapter recognized Tall Architects as an EPFF+ firm – the highest recognition! This award “recognizes the firms in Mississippi that offer the best experience, benefits, and guidance to Emerging Professionals on their path to licensure and in the years following it. The Emerging Professionals Friendly Firm Program, or EPFF, surveyed firms on how involved their Emerging Professionals are in every aspect of designing and building a project and in running a company. It asked what benefits EPs are provided, and when and how they get them. The program looked at the culture that aspiring architects are embedded in, and how the younger members of these firms are informing and evolving even the oldest practices and traditions. And while the short-term goal is to recognize firms that are doing these things exceptionally well, the long-term impacts of the program will help all firms across Mississippi evolve and continue to be leaders in the cultivation of young architects from across the country.”
We’re honored to be recognized and we look forward to continuing to enhance the Tall culture surrounding Emerging Professionals!
